1. Select color (choose from 4 colors)
*Optionally, different colors can be selected for left and right at an additional charge (+3,000 yen).
*The default faceplate will be delivered in a design matching the selected color.
2. Select reduction size
3. Ear impression taking (please ask a professional at a hearing aid store to take the impressions)
4. Mail the taken ear impressions to the address below.
5. Delivery of the completed earphones.
(Currently, orders are very busy, and it takes 2-3 weeks for production. For large orders or urgent requests, please consult us in advance.)

【Fit Adjustment】
When purchasing, you can adjust the fit of the ear impressions to your personal preference.
You can select the reduction ratio according to the shape of your ear, but please note that changes cannot be made after production has started.

【Caution】
Flow employs a patented structure. To maintain connection precision with the module part, the shell size is designed to be slightly smaller than typical custom IEMs. Even if you select +1% for the size, it may feel smaller than a general custom IEM. Please understand this in advance.
