*The default faceplate will be designed to match the color you select.
2. Select the reduction size
3. Ear impressions are taken (please have a specialist take this at a hearing aid retailer)
4. Mail the ear impression to the address below.
5. We deliver the completed earphones
(We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and production times are expected to be 2-3 weeks. Please contact us in advance if you are placing a large order or need your order urgently.)

[Adjusting the fit]
When purchasing, you can adjust the fit of the ear mold to suit your personal preferences.
You can select the reduction ratio according to the shape of your ear, but please note that it cannot be changed once production has begun.

Flow uses a patented structure, and to ensure accurate connection with the module, the shell size is designed to be slightly smaller than that of a regular custom IEM. Even if you select a size +1%, it may feel smaller than a regular custom IEM. Thank you for your understanding.
