How to order custom IEMs

Custom in-ear monitors (IEMs) that deliver a high-quality audio experience.
Custom-made to fit your ears perfectly, they offer both comfort and sound quality.
We will explain the process for ordering LIFEEAR Flow custom IEMs.

① Make a reservation to take an ear impression

Creating custom IEMs requires taking an accurate impression of your ears.
Taking an ear impression requires specialized skills from a certified hearing aid technician or medical professional.
*Collecting samples yourself is dangerous, so please refrain from doing so.
*The cost of taking ear impressions is the customer's responsibility.

Make an appointment at a hearing aid specialist store
Ear impressions are taken at hearing aid specialty stores. Reservations can be made at the following stores:
*Some stores require advance reservations. Please call before visiting to confirm.
*You can also order impressions taken at stores other than those listed below. Please consult your local hearing aid store.

② Ear impressions are taken at the store

Ear impressions will be taken at a specialist store (approximately 15 to 30 minutes).

③ Send the ear impression to the production lab

Please send the ear impression to the address below. *Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* Ear shape fit can be adjusted

The fit of the ear mold can be adjusted by reducing it by 0% to 3%. Please select this option from the selection screen when purchasing.

*For an optimal listening experience, we recommend 1% reduction.
*Please note that changes cannot be made once production has begun.

④Production and delivery

Once we receive your ear impressions, we will begin production of your custom IEMs. Once completed, we will ship them to you by mail.
